This is a humble project. We are part of a community of winos who celebrate viticulture and winemaking stripped very very bare. We see wine as an artisan food product, part of the good life. Old-World Chile fascinates and inspires us, where drinking well means supporting zero-input agriculture (no water, no trellising, no chemicals); centuries-old autoctonous vines; and the communities and families that tend to them. This is beyond wholesome and deliscious juice. These are wines of intent.
