Jose-Luis is a man of few words. He taught us a couple of life lessons. He is 5th generation and is a fierce traditionalist. He has changed basically nothing, fermenting in tinajas as well as oak, and is the first in his family to want something bigger for the vineyard, bottling and marketing, picking earlier, falling in love.
